Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
- Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged product received
- Product out of stock after payment confirmation
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Used products
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or special offer items
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange if:
- The product is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Size/color variant mismatch (if applicable)
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
